Where does HotStuff Ship?

HotStuff ships to the United States (does not include Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories).

What shipping options are available at HotStuff? How long does shipping take?

For orders in the contiguous U.S., DHL Expedited Max (3–7 business days) is free on orders over $50 and all subscription orders, or $5.99 for orders under $50.

When will my order be shipped?

The processing time for orders is 24–72 hours. 

How do returns work?

If you do not love your HotStuff products, please email us at hello@gethotstuff.co—we’ll be happy to assist you. We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order and will gladly issue a full refund to the original form of payment.

How long do returns take to process?

Please allow approximately three weeks for us to process your return. Once processed, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.
